Service Terms

Effective September 1, 2026 · Merchant: Total Leads Today LLC

These terms apply to the Gas Toll Settlement Verification service. By purchasing or submitting a verification request, you agree to these terms and to the checkout terms presented by Stripe.

1. The service

A purchase covers one review of customer-provided public blockchain transaction evidence. The review may include validation of the transaction identifier and network, observable receipt and block information, confirmation status, available gas or network-fee fields, payer and destination evidence, and an audit-oriented summary of findings or gaps.

2. Evidence requirements

You must provide the correct blockchain network and a valid public transaction hash. You represent that your request is lawful and that you have the right to ask for the review. Results depend on what the relevant public network, node, explorer, or other lawful evidence source makes available.

Do not submit secrets. Never provide a private key, seed phrase, password, authentication token, API secret, recovery phrase, or other credential. The service does not need them.

3. Service boundaries

The service does not custody funds or digital assets; operate a customer wallet; sell tokens; execute trades; transmit cryptocurrency; act as an exchange, broker, money transmitter, investment adviser, tax adviser, attorney, or recovery agent; deploy a contract for the customer; or access non-public accounts. It does not guarantee that a transaction will confirm, that assets can be recovered, or that any toll, payment, savings, profit, or revenue will be collected or recognized.

4. Payment is not settlement evidence

A successful Stripe payment purchases the verification service only. It does not establish that an on-chain toll was collected, that a blockchain transaction was valid, or that any revenue settled. On-chain and accounting conclusions require independently verifiable evidence.

5. Unsupported or incomplete requests

If a network is unsupported, the transaction hash is invalid, or public evidence is unavailable or incomplete, the review may return an inconclusive or unsupported outcome. The service will not invent missing facts or treat unverified data as settled revenue.

6. Customer responsibilities

7. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on whether work has begun or been delivered, the circumstances of the request, the checkout and receipt terms, Stripe procedures, and applicable law. Contact the merchant through the contact details associated with your Stripe receipt so the request can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Acceptable use and security

Requests that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, designed to bypass access controls, or dependent on stolen credentials may be rejected. Public evidence may be retained as reasonably necessary to fulfill the service, prevent fraud, maintain audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

9. No warranty of network availability

Blockchain networks, RPC providers, explorers, and third-party infrastructure may be delayed, unavailable, reorganized, incomplete, or inaccurate. The service is provided based on observable evidence available during the review and does not warrant uninterrupted access to any third-party network.

10. Changes and governing terms

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version presented when you purchase governs that request, together with mandatory applicable law and the payment terms shown at checkout.
