Privacy Notice

Effective September 1, 2026 · Service provider: Total Leads Today LLC

This notice describes the information used to provide the Gas Toll Settlement Verification service.

1. Information collected

Depending on what you submit at checkout, information may include your name, business name, contact details, billing-related records, selected blockchain network, public transaction hash, service notes, and communications about the request.

2. Payment information

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Payment-card and bank-payment details are submitted to and processed by Stripe, not by the Gas Toll landing page. The merchant may receive transaction status, customer details, receipt information, risk signals, dispute information, and other records made available through its authorized Stripe account.

3. Public blockchain data

A public transaction hash can lead to data recorded on an open blockchain, including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, timestamps, smart-contract interactions, token movements, block information, and network fees. Public blockchain records may be permanent and cannot be deleted or changed by the service provider.

Never submit a private key, seed phrase, password, authentication token, API secret, recovery phrase, or similar credential. The service does not require or request them.

4. How information is used

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by authorized service providers used for payment processing, hosting, communications, security, monitoring, public blockchain access, and professional support. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate fraud, resolve a dispute, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Data minimization and retention

The service is designed to use public evidence rather than wallet credentials or private account access. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate business operations. Retention periods can differ by record type and applicable obligation.

7. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No online service or public blockchain data source can guarantee absolute security or availability.

8. Your choices and requests

You can request access, correction, or deletion of eligible merchant-held information through the contact details associated with your Stripe checkout or receipt. Some records may need to be retained for payment, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, security, or legal reasons. The service provider cannot erase information recorded on a public blockchain or held independently by third parties.

9. Children

The service is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children.

10. Updates

This notice may be updated as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current published version.
